Return Policy

 

Unconditional Guarantee of Authenticity

At NOVO Perfume, we guarantee the authenticity of every product we offer. Our fragrances are hand-decanted directly from original manufacturer bottles, ensuring 100% genuine products. Please note that scent perception can vary depending on personal preferences and individual body chemistry, while we ensure product authenticity, satisfaction based on personal taste cannot be guaranteed.

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control standards, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason once an order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for packages that are undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned to us for reasons not caused by NOVO Perfume.
     
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error or refusal, and the customer opts not to have it reshipped, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund (if granted).
     
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate at checkout. Any carrier-related address change fees post-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
     

Promotions & Free Gift Policy

  • If an order qualifies for a free gift with purchase, and the order total falls below the promotional threshold due to a partial return (in the case of an approved exception), the free gift must also be returned in unused condition.
     
  • If the gift is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
     

International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale. NOVO Perfume does not provide return labels for international shipments, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs on any approved exception cases.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and handling. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 5 days of the delivery date by emailing sales@novoperfume.com with clear photos or video of the item(s) and packaging.

Opened or used products may not be eligible for any form of refund. In cases where an exception is made, a partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of use or damage.

Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

NOVO Perfume reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders from individuals who attempt to abuse our policies, engage in fraudulent behavior, or file false claims or chargebacks. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all terms outlined above.
