Unconditional Guarantee of Authenticity
We provide an unconditional guarantee of authenticity for all our products. Our perfumes are sourced directly from manufacturers' bottles and hand-decanted for our customers, ensuring 100% authenticity. However, it's essential to acknowledge that personal preferences vary, and while we strive for satisfaction, we cannot guarantee individual preferences.

Effortless Returns
We aim for our customers to confidently experience our fragrance, ensuring a hassle-free trial without the worry of costly returns.
With every full-size fragrance purchase, we provide a complementary trial-size sample vial for you to test beforehand. If you enjoy the trial size, feel free to open and retain the full-size bottle. Conversely, if you find the sample unsatisfactory, please refrain from opening the full-size bottle and initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
If your order contained "Free Gifts with a Minimum Purchase Amount" (i.e., Free gift with orders over $200, etc.) and after your refund, the total is below the minimum threshold, the free gift products are also required to be shipped back with the purchased products to receive a full refund/credit.
If the free gifts have been used or are not shipped back, the value of those gifts will be deducted from your refunded amount up to or equal to the entire refund value available.
To initiate a return, kindly obtain an RMA number from our customer service department by emailing us at sales@novoperfume.com. NO RETURN ACCEPTED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER.
We only accept returns for "unopened" items. This means we do not accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, no matter the circumstances, within 15 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund upon processing, excluding shipping charges.
Exceptions to the Return Policy & Non-Refundable Items
We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return depending on the condition of the product when it is sent back. To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be sealed in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
The shipping cost is always non-refundable if the order was eligible for free shipping or if the customer paid for shipping. If your package was undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and/or refused due to no error on our part, NOVO Perfume is not responsible for the shipping fee or for re-shipping it. If you, as the customer, choose to opt for a refund instead of reshipping it, the initial shipping fee (if it was eligible for free shipping or paid by the customer) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once the order has shipped to the address initially entered by the customer, any fees or charges to change or update the address with the shipping carrier are the customer's responsibility. Please note Discovery/Sample sets are non-refundable.
Also, international orders are not eligible for a free return label. For any international returns, the customer is responsible for the shipment fees when sending items back to us.
Order issues for damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days after the “delivery date.” Please contact us at sales@Novoperfume.com for assistance. Pictures and/or video are required. Opened, used, or damaged product returns may be refused for a full refund. In some instances, a partial refund may be given after deducting costs according to the amount of product used or damage to packaging.
Please note that any shipping expenses incurred for returning the product to us will not be reimbursed. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless an error was made on our part.
